My Success With Truth About Abs

My success with The Truth About Six Pack Abs has been nothing short of amazing. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never been morbidly obese or anything. But I’m the kind of guy that used to spend hours down at the gym on the treadmill and lifting weights. Now I’m not a fat loss ‘guru’ by any means, but it is an area that I have done countless hours of research in, spent countless hours at the gym, spent countless amounts of dollars and made more than my fair share of mistakes along the way. So don’t think that I am being big headed when I say that I know my stuff, I’ve got some experience here!

But I know that for a lot of people who stumble across TAA, they are not experts in fat loss, they don’t have any experience of the gym or working out, and they don’t know the nutritional difference between a frozen pizza and a home made omelette!

While Mike does an excellent job at explaining everything to you, there will always be some people that don’t get it straight away. It is nothing to be ashamed of. I’ll admit even I had to read certain bits several times over, and that is with all of my experience.

But what I’m saying is, The Truth About Six Pack Abs is not an easy program to get started right away with. The good news is that this works in your favour in the long-run because you are learning life changing techniques here and not quick fixes.

So if there is one area that TAA falls down, and maybe doesn’t cater well enough for, it is for the absolute novice. And for those of us that are ultra impatient and want to start burning fat 5 minutes after we download, not sit around and read through a 100 page ebook!

This problem was really brought home to me by one of my own buddies, Adam. (Thanks for letting me print this story bro! I owe you a drink!)
