I’m very proud to announce the launch of my very first podcast: “The Truth About Six Pack Abs FAQ Podcast“.

I’ve been getting a lot of great questions recently about The Truth About Abs, and whether Mike Geary’s program is really as good as it sounds.

It got me to thinking. For every 1 person that actually gets in touch and fires me an email, or leaves a comment, there are probably another 100 that won’t make contact. (Some people worry that I won’t answer their questions or think that I’m not REAL).

So what better way to help as many people as possible with their Truth About Six Pack Abs questions? ANSWER THEM! And there is no better way to answer a question than with a detailed video and audio presentation.

The great thing about making my videos and audio available via a podcast is that you only have to subscribe once! After that iTunes will AUTOMATICALLY download my latest stuff so you’ve ALWAYS got the best, most up-to-date info. Pretty cool, huh?

The icing on the cake is that my podcast media comes in an iTunes, iPhone and iPod Touch friendly format so you can view and listen to them at home, at work, in the car, at work, at the GYM! Just about everywhere actually. (Probably even on the moon – although don’t quote me on that, NASA!)
