One can also simply hard-boil eggs when planning for hikes or long-distance treks.
The shells, unbroken, will preserve them for days.

Great tip, James!

All things considered, egg is the most perfect food.
Also, there are a zillion recipes one can incorporate them in, all of them nutritious.

As with most foods, eggs are only as healthy as they method you use to cook them, and what you serve them with. Why not try an organic tuna (in spring water) omelette too? Sounds like a strange combination, but this one really does it for me!

Wow. Hard to believe this is good for you. But I am convinced! If only I had the time to make stuff like this lol. Any more suggestions?

Hi Jon, that's the beauty of it... only took me about 10-15 mins to make and about 2 minutes to eat (I wolf down my food). I'd suggest you eat slower than me though, I'm been practicing for years!

Trust me when I say that the rewards you get from spending a little more time on making health, wholesome, fat burning foods are totally worth the little extra cooking time. And that is coming from a guy who is extremely lazy at heart...ME.

More great recipes and tips coming soon, I promise.
